OKSAFEN Oral Tablet
Veterinary Antihelmintic

COMPOSITION
It is a light cream colored tablet with a notch in the middle. Each tablet contains 300 mg Oxfendazole and 600 mg Oxyclozanide.

PLACE OF USE / INDICATIONS
OKSAFEN Oral Tablet is used against the gastrointestinal and lungworm adults, larvae and eggs of cattle and sheep, adults of liver flukes and Moniezia sp. It is used for treatment and protection against adults.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
It is administered orally as 1 tablet per 40 kg live weight.
Use during pregnancy: Since oxfendazole, like other benzimidazoles, has the potential for teratogenic effects, it should not be administered to animals in the first 1/3 of pregnancy and 1 month before birth.

WARNINGS FOR DRUG RESIDUES IN FOOD
Drug residue washout period (i.k.a.s.) During the treatment and after the last drug application, cattle raised for meat should not be sent to slaughter for 28 days and sheep for 21 days. Cow milk obtained from cattle during the treatment and for 5 days (10 milkings) after the last drug application should not be offered to human consumption.

Cannot be used in dairy sheep producing milk for human consumption.

Keep out of reach of children.

Used packaging should be disposed of by throwing it in the trash
Keep in its box at room temperature. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture.
It is presented in aluminum foil-covered PVC blister packages of two 5 and 10 tablets.
